Every time someone spiritually unique comes along, the wisdom is turned into a story and an ism is created. An -ism is a system to follow, dogma to confine the reader and a mythical twist is added.
All this makes the original cause unbelievable and can be discarded as something purely mythical.
If religion was merely a projection of knowledge from the outside of me on my senses, and I am ignorant to my internal environment to the degree that I refuse to judge myself as I judge others, then is it any wonder only a few really make it beyond the single awareness, it's all about me aspect of the human experience?
